The footprint of the kitchen space was enlarged slightly, the laundry room and master bathroom were double in size.
Project Details
The challenge for the design was to create a kitchen space that supported a busy family of four and one large awesome dog. The project entailed the kitchen, laundry room and updaters master bathroom. Built and finished in a two color scheme of stand white oak and painted maple cabinets, the color and layout enhanced the home and fits with its period style.

Primary working side of the kitchen was done in white dove painted cabinetry. Storage was a challenge in this project. Features include
– Large drawer storage on all lower cabinets
– Storage on back side peninsula
– Double pull out 30qt trash and recycle pull-out
The color contrast and interest was achieved in the tall cabinet on the opposite wall of this kitchen which included the oven cabinet, fridge cabinet and pantry with roll trays in each. The appliance and pantry wall cabinets were built from white oak and finished in our signature White Ribbons color in a matte sheen.

Appliance and pantry wall cabinets feature:
– Oven cabinet with tray divider storage above
– Fridge Cabinet with large pot storage above
– Pantry cabinet with eight roll trays for food storage
Finally a drink station with drinks fridge, drawers for wine and mixed drink accessories and 3 floating shelves for storage

This home required some unique organization and storage. This required the designers to get creative to store spices in proximity to the primary cooking zone.
Standard upper cabinet with 3 drawer soft close spice pull-out at eye level for the homeowner.
Hardware for pull-out is Salice Progressa soft close under-mount slides.
The master bathroom was built in white oak as well with the White Ribbons finish. The cabinetry was build in traditional inset. The drawers directly under the sink have been notched to accommodate the plumbing and still be functional.

Bathroom vanity and linens storage tower provide ample storage for the Master Bathroom.
